Reconstitution Protocol
The standard approach: add BAC Water to the lyophilized peptide vial slowly down the side of the glass (never directly onto the powder), swirl gently, and let dissolve completely. Never vortex or shake. Refrigerate immediately after reconstitution.

1ml of BAC Water added to a 5mg peptide vial = 5mg/ml concentration. Drawing 0.1ml (10 units on an insulin syringe) = 0.5mg dose.

Reconstitution Steps:
1. Allow peptide vial to reach room temperature (5–10 min)
2. Draw desired BAC Water volume into insulin syringe
3. Insert needle into peptide vial, angle toward vial wall
4. Slowly release BAC Water down the glass side (not directly onto powder)
5. Gently swirl vial — do NOT shake or vortex
6. Let stand 2–5 minutes until fully dissolved
7. Refrigerate immediately at 2–8°C (36–46°F)
Standard Concentrations:
· 1ml BAC Water per 5mg peptide = 5mg/ml (0.5mg per 0.1ml syringe draw)
· 2ml BAC Water per 5mg peptide = 2.5mg/ml (0.25mg per 0.1ml draw)
